EPS Offices Carlsbad CAEmission & Power Solutions, Plc (“EPS” or the “Company”) is a U.K. based publicly listed company trading on both the Frankfurt stock exchange (symbol EPI) and on the Xetra platform. The Company also maintains a corporate office in Carlsbad, California and since 2003 has developed, licensed and acquired technologies for improving fuel economy while reducing environmentally harmful exhaust emissions using advanced patented and proprietary fuel treatment devices.

The Company has developed in line fuel treatment products which incorporate a proprietary multi phase process utilizing engineered flow patterns in order to restructure the fuel's hydrocarbons, thereby increasing the fuel’s energy potential to create a more efficient and cleaner burn during the combustion cycle of an engine. EPS also has other products in advanced-stage development to help engines run more efficiently and to decrease emissions.

With rising energy prices and concerns of global warming, fuel devices that decrease consumption and produce cleaner emissions are experiencing a strong market demand and public policy interest. World energy consumption is anticipated to increase 57% by 2025 according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration’s 2005 forecast, and global demand for diesel and gasoline fuels are expected to keep crude oil prices at or near record levels over the mid-term.

The demand for the Company’s technologies is global, and given the fact that EU member nations are currently more focused on significant reduction of their carbon footprints than the United States, the Company believes that significant early adoption for its potentially disruptive technologies may well first occur within the European Union. To that end the Company has targeted a number of key European potential customers and is currently focused on driving its technologies into the European Union given the relative strength of both the broad EU economy and its automotive industry in comparison to the United States.
